Card payments run through Stripe and customers can spread the cost with Klarna, right inside your own checkout. Payments go straight to your Stripe account, and we never take a cut of your sales.
Delivery is worked out from the postcode, so remote areas and big items cost what they should. Awkward ones go down a quote route instead of a guess, and click and collect is there for local customers.

Should my online shop be on PixelShop or WooCommerce?
For most shops we recommend PixelShop, our own eCommerce platform. It's fast, lean and has everything built in, so there are no plugins to conflict and no update roulette. WooCommerce is a good fit if you already run WordPress or rely on a particular extension, and we build and support it properly, including custom mu-plugins. We'll recommend what's right for your business, not what's easiest for us. See our WordPress and WooCommerce page for more.
How much does an online shop cost?
PixelShop is from £150 a month on pay monthly, with a one-off setup fee on bigger builds or large imports, always agreed first. Or buy it outright as a custom build, priced on application. Can I try PixelShop before I commit?
Yes. The demo shop is open any time: browse, add to basket and check out with a test card, and nothing is charged. If you want to try the admin too, book a full demo and we'll set up a private copy just for you.
Can customers pay with Klarna?
Yes. PixelShop has Stripe card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna built into its own checkout, so customers can spread the cost without leaving your site. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account and we don't take a cut. On WooCommerce we set up Stripe and Klarna through well supported payment extensions.
How do you handle delivery and VAT?
PixelShop prices delivery by courier and postcode, so remote areas and big items are charged properly. Awkward postcodes go down a quote route rather than a guessed price, and click and collect is there for local customers. VAT is handled properly with VAT invoices, and VAT reporting is built into the reports.
Will my shop look like the demo shop?
No, unless you want it to. The demo shop is just one example. Every PixelShop is designed around your own brand, with your layout, colours, fonts, pages and words, and the features are set up for how you sell. The emails your customers get are branded to match, too.
Can I manage my own products and orders?
Yes, that's the point. The PixelShop admin handles products, options, stock, orders, refunds, phone orders and reports, with help guides built in. It installs as an app on your phone too. You don't need any technical knowledge to run it day to day.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I move from WooCommerce?
Not if it's done properly. When we move a shop to PixelShop, every old product and category address is redirected to its new page so your rankings carry over. After launch, the built-in redirect manager flags broken links and suggests where they should point.
Who looks after the shop once it's live?
We do. On pay monthly, hosting, updates, security, backups and changes are all included. If you buy your shop outright you can add our hosting and management monthly. Either way you deal directly with the people who built it.
