We clean it, update it properly, remove what isn't needed and replace fragile plugins with lean custom mu-plugins where it makes sense. Then it can stay on WordPress, or move to custom PHP or PixelShop

My site has been hacked. How quickly can you help?

How much does a website rescue cost?
It depends on what's wrong, so we assess first and give you a fixed quote before any work starts. Simple fixes are straightforward, complex recoveries take longer. If your site turns out to be beyond saving, we'll tell you and won't charge for the assessment.
Do you fix WordPress and WooCommerce sites?
Yes, very much so. Most rescues we do are WordPress or WooCommerce: malware removal, white screens after updates, plugin conflicts, broken checkouts and slow sites. See our WordPress and WooCommerce page for ongoing support too.
Will Google penalise my site for being hacked?
It can. Google flags compromised sites and may show a "This site may be hacked" warning or drop pages from search. Cleaning the malware is step one. Once the site is clean we request a review in Google Search Console and check nothing is left behind. The sooner you act, the faster rankings recover.
Do I need to move my hosting to get the rescue?
Not always. We can carry out a one-off fix wherever your site lives. If the hosting was part of the problem - unpatched software, no backups - we'll say so honestly, because staying put risks it happening again. Moving onto our managed UK hosting is always an option.
What caused the hack or breakage in the first place?
Usually an outdated plugin or theme with a known vulnerability, a weak admin password, or hosting that hasn't been maintained. We find the root cause as part of the fix and close it off, so the same thing can't happen again.
My developer disappeared. Can you still help?
Yes, we do this regularly. No handover notes, missing logins and no idea what's under the bonnet is normal for us. We audit everything, get the access we need and give you an honest picture: fix what's there, or rebuild properly on a solid foundation.
Is a small fix too small for you?
