What is PixelBot?
PixelBot is our own AI chat assistant. It sits in the corner of your website, reads your pages and answers your visitors' questions any time of day, in your brand and tone of voice. The assistant on this page is PixelBot.
How much does PixelBot cost?
PixelBot is a licensed add-on from £25 a month, set up and looked after by us. The price depends on your site, so we quote it first. Anything truly bespoke is built as a custom app.
Does it work on my website?
Yes. PixelBot works on WordPress, WooCommerce, PixelShop, PixelCRM and custom built sites. We install it for you, so you do not need to touch any code.
Will it make things up?
It is set up to answer only from your own website content. If the answer is not on your site, it says so honestly and points people to your contact page instead of guessing.
Do I need to do anything technical?
No. We install it, configure it and look after it. You just tell us about your site and check it before it goes live.
Is PixelBot included with a PixelBay website?
Not as standard. It is a separate licensed add-on you can choose for any site, whether we built it or not.
